Very Deep Lake with Partially Flooded Ancient City Beneath
For the most part, deep dark biomes will attempt to avoid being beneath water at all costs, but this is not one of those times. Not only has the ancient city failed to avoid being beneath water, but it spawned almost directly under a very deep lake in a way that has flooded a portion of it. This means that with a simple door, you can get some end-game loot with almost no risk.
Spawn on Small, Isolated Mangrove Island
I've been looking for one of these for a while, mostly because It's a tropical island that actually feels like a tropical island. So, here it is, enjoy!
Beautiful, Clean Mountain Range
A large mountain range that is mostly devoid of the large caves that break up mountain terrain (on both versions). This is perfect for mountain builds, or is just a great place to build a home as you explore the rest of the world. The closest point to spawn is 1500, 2050. Screenshot made with iris shaders.

Very Deep Lake with Mountain
This is the deepest lake I've found, and given that it goes all the way down to lava level (Y:-54) I think this may be the deepest a lake can get. There's even a mountain in the background as a bonus.

You spawn in a taiga biome with a large, open entrance to a lush cave right at spawn, making early exploration and resource gathering easy.
